The monograph examines modern trends in the development of land consolidation in agriculture in Russia, which consist of the concentration of land ownership in the agricultural sector, the formation of large land ownership and land use of agricultural corporations of the agroholding configuration, as well as the growth of processing space and the average size of peasant farms. Consolidation of agricultural land has become the most important factor in increasing the efficiency of agricultural production and ensuring its sustainable development in modern conditions. However, this process is developing spontaneously in the agricultural sector, which often leads to the violation of the rights of small private agricultural households to land, as well as negative economic, environmental and social consequences. In this regard, the implementation of innovative and investment modeling of the process of consolidation of agricultural land, further development of the agricultural land market, as well as the improvement of rent regulation of the agricultural sphere in order to encourage the integration of agricultural land are of great importance.
